Take part in new research into the use of Single Joint Experts

The University of Manchester are undertaking new research into Single Joint Expert Witnesses and want EWI members to complete their short online survey.

 

Some years ago Dr Peter Fenn carried out research into the use of a single expert [appointed by the court or tribunal]. There is little literature on the use of Scientific Experts either in the legal literature or the scientific literature.

 

In 2015 the EU investigated Civil law expert reports in the EU: national rules and practices and more recently there has been interest in both England and Wales, and the USA into Court Appointed or Single Joint Experts reports.

 

The research at Manchester continues and a very short on-line questionnaire has been prepared for completion, please spare a few minutes if you can by clicking the relevant survey link:
