Resolve Medicolegal Limited approved as an EWI Corporate Partner

byAnonym

The organisation has joined under the new Corporate Membership scheme which was launched at the end of July. The new scheme, which is open to any organisation who employs or manages a panel of experts, seeks to recognise those organisations which ensure the quality of their experts; ensuring they are appropriately qualified and encouraging staff or panel members to develop their skills as an expert witness.

A particular feature of this new approach to Corporate Membership is a more collaborative approach to membership services; working with Corporate Members and Partners to improve and extend services to both employees/panel members and other EWI members.

EWI is currently working with its current Corporate Members to bring them across onto the new scheme.

Sir Martin Spencer, Chair of EWI, said:

“We are particularly pleased to welcome Resolve MedicoLegal Limited as a Corporate Member. There assessment identified that they clearly take the quality of their service and the standing of their experts extremely seriously. We are looking forward to working with them to improve the quality of experts, extend the availability of training provision and create a sense of community amongst expert witnesses in Scotland.”

Mark Broadbent, Director at Resolve Medicolegal, said

“Established in 2012, Resolve Medicolegal has changed the way that Medicolegal Reports are undertaken in Scotland. We are delighted to now become corporate partners with Expert Witness Institute. We look forward to forging a strong working relationship that will undoubtedly develop our business further, and promote our Medical Experts nationwide. It is a privilege to have such an established professional body support our experts, through the provision of training, teaching and revalidation. We believe this is a major step forward for all Medical Experts in Scotland, and are confident this connection will optimise the service we provide for all our Solicitors.”
