Summary

The case concerned whether the testator had the testamentary capacity and/or whether he knew and approved the contents of a will and codicil which was executed in late 2019 (‘the Disputed Documents’), or whether an earlier will was valid instead. The claimants were seeking to uphold the validity of the Disputed Documents, which were greatly in their favour.
