As an Expert Witness, you’ll be responding to questions from the moment you are contacted by a potential instructing party. They will want to understand what your likely opinion will be to work out the strength of their case. The letter of instruction will also likely be in the form of questions to be answers. Responding to questions from your legal team through-out the case will be a core part of your role.
