Expert Witnesses continue to appear in the legal press following criticism in the courts. In addition, we have seen a rise in vexatious complaints about members being directed to us or their professional/regulatory body relating to their area of expertise.
But not all criticism is bad. Sometimes experts are offered constructive feedback which can help them develop their practice and avoid further criticism.
