CIArb’s new ‘Protocol on E-Disclosure in Arbitration’ was launched at a conference in London on 2 October by its author, David Howell.

Speaking in front of an expectant audience comprising many experts in the field of electronic evidence, Howell explained how the Protocol was for use in those cases in which potentially disclosable documents are in electronic form and in which the time and cost for giving disclosure may be an issue.
