Marketing and Manage your Expert Witness Practice

The task of creating, managing and promote yourself as an expert witness can be challenging. Professionals who although being specialists in their own area of practice are often unsure of the principles of running what is essentially a micro business.

Attending this seminar will be a valuable experience for any expert witness who wants to fully capitalise on their expert knowledge.

The aim of the event is to provide you with knowledge that is immediately useful and practical.

How many of these questions can you answer positively?

  • Are you getting enough instructions?
  • Are the instructions of good quality?
  • Is your practice maximising profitability?
  • Are you being paid enough?

Getting Things Done FAST in an Accelerating World

Overview

It is possible for a professional to have an overwhelming number of things to do and still function productively and to a time table with a clear head and a positive sense of relaxed control.

Is your workload overwhelming? Does work keep mounting up, while your stress levels reach fever pitch? In this training course, we will teach you to keep a clear head, relax and organise your thoughts and to meet your deadlines and revolutionise the way you work.

During the training course you will learn how to:
  • Set meaningful goals and objectives in all areas of your life
  • Plan the certain achievement of your goals within a system that really works
  • Follow the “do it, delegate, drop it” principle to empty your in-tray
  • Apply the “2 minute rule” when deciding what to do now and what to defer
  • Handle e-mail, paperwork and unexpected demands more efficiently
  • Plan and progress projects quickly and effectively
  • Overcome feelings of stress and anxiety
