| What your CPR Report Should Contain |
It is a mandatory requirement of Experts of any discipline to comply with the Civil Procedure Rules.
The Civil Procedure Rules changed at the end of last year. Do you know what those changes are? Are you up to date? Your professional body may discipline you if you are non compliant. There is a protocol as to how Experts should act and conduct themselves. Do you know it? Do you understand it? Do you comply?
Our immunity from negligence claims is being questioned by the Supreme Court. How will that loss, if it transpires, influence or affect our reports?
His Hon. Lord Chief Justice Jackson is seeking to control/restrict our fees. Does compliance affect this? Will immunity affect this? A talk and question and answer session given by an experienced practicing Expert Witness suitable for all levels and all disciplines applies to Civil Procedure Rules only, not to criminal.
London - 08th September 2010
Manchester – 4th October 2010
